Chia Pudding with Mango
Creamy chia pudding with sweet mango. Stir it together the night before and it is ready in the morning — high in fiber and easy to take along.

- 40 g chia seeds
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 100 g mango, diced
- 1 tsp maple syrup

Mix the pudding
Combine the chia seeds, almond milk and maple syrup in a jar or bowl and stir thoroughly until the seeds are evenly distributed.

Stir again
Leave to stand for 5–10 minutes, then stir again firmly. This second stir breaks up the clumps that would otherwise settle at the bottom.

Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight, until thick and creamy.

Add the mango
Add the diced mango just before serving so it stays fresh.
Tip
Berries or banana work just as well instead of mango — the base stays the same.
